Meet Vinney Silva

Vincent “Vinney” Silva founded TOPS Plumbing in Tacoma in October 2023, bringing years of hands-on plumbing experience.

As owner and lead plumber, he stays involved in the work and makes clear communication a priority. He takes time to explain plumbing issues, discuss options, and answer questions.

TOPS serves homeowners and businesses with plumbing repairs, water heater installations, gas lines, repiping, and plumbing for remodels and new homes.

Clear communication

“Vinney explains every step in a way that anyone can understand, never rushing, never talking over you”

H Hordyk

Thoughtful diagnosis

“Instead of immediately cutting into the wall, they took the time to fully investigate the source of the leak”
