Highly recommend TopS and Vinny for their honesty and great communication. While our crawlspace was too small for them to complete the work, Vinny was upfront, professional, and saved us a lot of hassle. Great customer service even when a job doesn't work out.

I had them out to repipe some galvanized in our basement. They were super helpful, explained everything they were doing, and cleaned up after themselves better than any plumber I've ever used. Will call them again for sure.

We’ve had such a great experience working with Tacoma’s Own Plumbing SVS LLC. They were able to come out on very short notice, which we really appreciated, and from the start were professional, thorough, and easy to work with.
What really stood out was how carefully they approached diagnosing the issue. Instead of immediately cutting into the wall, they took the time to fully investigate the source of the leak—which ended up saving us a significant amount of money and unnecessary repairs.
It’s rare to find someone who is both skilled and genuinely thoughtful in their work. We always feel confident calling Tacoma’s Own Plumbing SVS LLC and are truly happy to work with them every time. Highly recommend!
Vinny is the rarest of combinations: He is a great plumber. He’s responsive. AND he’s honest. We’ve used him on a full kitchen remodel and also just chasing leaks in other parts of our old house. He tells us what we can do on our own to save money. He shows up as promised. Jeez, the last time he came out, he told us we’d need to work with an HVAC guy, and didn’t charge us for the visit. I recommend him all the time. And here I am, recommending him now. The best.

Tops Plumbing has been absolutely outstanding. Vinny, the owner, is everything you hope to find in a professional — experienced, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to doing the job right. They recently handled some repiping for us and moved our hot water heater, and waher/dryer to a new locations along with repiping everything in between. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and done with real craftsmanship.
What really sets them apart is how they communicate. Vinny explains every step in a way that anyone can understand, never rushing, never talking over you — just clear, honest information that builds trust. He and his team are polite, respectful, and clearly take pride in their work.
We appreciate them so much and will use Tops Plumbing every single time we have a plumbing need. Highly recommended.
